Lace up your shoes and get ready to run! Signups are now available for the OC Half-Marathon or 5K, held in Newport/Costa Mesa Sunday, May 5, 2024.

Our 8-week training session starts March 10 and culminates with the *optional* race (race registration not included with Run Club).

Run with or without your kiddos, meet other moms and achieve your 2024 running goals! Weekly runs are Sundays at 8 am at Tustin Sports Park and other nearby trails. Cross training workouts are Wednesdays at 7:30 pm and Saturdays at 8 am.

Perfect for: Postpartum Moms. Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats. We offer a free playgroup so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.

Perfect for Prenatal Moms. FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy. Stroller Strides 101 is a foundations course - learn the basics, including proper form and proper breathing for the most common exercises performed in Stroller Strides. Taught by a certified pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist, this class is extremely limited in participants for maximim personal instruction.
