Body Well is an 8-Week Session, with weekly small group training sessions offered Saturdays at 7:15 or 8:15 a.m. Participants receive:

RUN CLUB

Run Club $129 Purchase required to enroll

Lace up your shoes and be ready to run! Signups are now available for our Turkey Trot Run Club+ 8 week session. Training kicks off 8 am, Oct. 2. Join us to train for a 5k and culminate in the Irvine Turkey Trot Nov. 24 at Irvine Valley College. Run with or without your kiddos, meet other moms and achieve your 2022 goals!

Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats. We offer a free playgroup so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.

Stroller Barre is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.Stroller Barre focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Strides 360

Perfect for: Moms 6+ months postpartum. Strides 360 is a workout for the mom ready to kick it up a notch. This heart-pumping work out is cardio-based, mixing 4-minute out-and-back runs with strength moves. Help build your endurance in this fast-paced class.

Perfect for Prenatal Moms. FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Recently postpartum? New to FIT4MOM? Stroller Strides 101 is a foundations course - learn the basics, including proper form and proper breathing for the most common exercises performed in Stroller Strides. Taught by a certified pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist, this class is extremely limited in participants for maximim personal instruction.
